Andy Wilson Most of the people who come to this website are Guests and the majority of them come from the USA, Europe and the UK (in that order).

Current Greenford Baptist Church members, using their @gbc.org.uk email redirect address (if they have one), are automatically given website WebMember status. This means they have an Author account and so have a Username and Password.

The benefits of being a WebMember are:
  • being able to read articles that are hidden from Guests
  • receiving weekly CHURCH NEWS and occasional NEWSFLASH emails
  • being able to write articles, jokes, blogs, etc.
Your WebMember account may have been upgraded to a higher level such as Editor, Publisher or Manager. If you would like further information or would like to upgrade your WebMember account so that you can edit or publish articles and blogs please contact WebAuthor.
  • Author: Can submit new articles for approval in the front end (the public part of the website that everybody sees). A Publisher or higher is needed to approve articles before they can appear to the public. An Author cannot edit existing articles (not even their own - once the article has been saved and is closed).
  • Editor: Can submit new articles and edit existing articles from the front end only. A Publisher or higher must approve the articles before they appear to the public.
  • Publisher: Can submit, edit, or publish articles from the front end of the website.
  • Manager, Administrator and Super Administrator: Can do all of the above and they can log into the Administrative part (or back end) of the website with increasing rights.
