Meetings Week Commencing Sunday 2nd August 2009

• Sunday 2nd August at 10am. The meeting will be led by Pastor David. Warren McNeil will be speaking.

• Tuesday 4th from 7.00 to 7.45am. An opportunity to meet at the church building for prayer.
• Wednesday 5th at 8pm. Church prayer. Please make this a priority. See below for details.
• Thursday 6th from 7.00 to 7.45am. An opportunity to meet at the church building for prayer.
• Thursday 6th at 2.15pm. A thanksgiving service for Pat Day.
• Sunday 9th August at 10am. The meeting will be led by Andy Robertson. Pastor David will be speaking.
• Sunday 9th. No meeting this evening.

Church Prayer

On Wednesday 5th August we will be prayer walking in Greenford Town Centre. Please meet at the church building at 8pm and we will walk for there.

Keeping Fit

In church we speak about spiritual fitness but we must also be conscious of our physical fitness. God gave us our bodies and we must look after them, so with this in mind we are trying to encourage people to do some excerise, so some of the members have started a walking group that meet every Wednesday 6.30pm at the Eastmead Avenue entrance of Ravenor Park and all are welcome to join. There is also the opportunity to join people in swimming at Gurnell Leisure centre most mornings at 7am. If you do a physical activity that you think others will enjoy, please see Rangena Tilkaran, and we shall help to encourage others to join you.

Driver Vacancy

Age Concern, Smiths Farm Estate have a part time minibus driving vacancy coming up soon. It will be three hours a day, two or three days per week. £8.44 per hour. Midas minibus driver training offered.
