Apprentice
This is the name for a new fortnightly group being launched at GBC. On Sunday 14th morning Professor Greyham Bryant (who will be leading the group) will be at GBC being interviewed about this group and then there will be an opportunity for all those present to have a small taste of how this group will work. There will be an opportunity to meet with Greyham to ask questions and to find out more on Wednesday 17th at Andy and Lynda Wilsons’s house, and then the group will start on Feb 24th and will then meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. You can find the Sunday morning teaching that Greyham brought to us at GBC in late 2006 and early 2007 on our website GBCweb.tv.Welcome to Robert Owens
Robert is a second year student at Moorlands College and he starts a five week placement with us on Monday 15th February. Rob will be observing our church life and contributing into it. He will be attending many of our church activities and will be shadowing members of the staff team at various times.Leadership and Staff Teams “Day-Away”
On Friday 19th and Saturday 20th the Leadership and Staff teams will be away at a Christian conference centre to spend time together with God and to seek Him about the future development of GBC. The main issue being considered is the changing shape of the church and the opportunities and challenges this brings.
