Meetings Week Commencing Sunday 28th March 2010

• Sunday 28th at 10.00am. The meeting will be led by Carleen Donaldson-Hall. Steve Williams will be speaking.
• Sunday 28th. There will be no evening meeting this week.

• Monday 29th at 8.00 to 9.00pm Prayer meeting at the church building for the Easter events.
• Tuesday 30th from 7.00 to 7.45am. An opportunity to meet in the home of Dorothy and Ralph Williams for prayer.
• Tuesday 30th at 8.00 to 9.00pm Prayer meeting at the church building for the Easter events.
• Wednesday 31st at 8.00 to 9.00pm Prayer meeting at the church building for the Easter events.
• Thursday 1st April from 8.00 to 8.45am. An opportunity to meet in the home of Dorothy and Ralph Williams for prayer.
• Thursday 1st at 8.00 to 9.00pm Prayer meeting at the church building for the Easter events.
• Friday 2nd at 10.30am. Good Friday. You have a choice either meeting at GBC to walk to St. Hughes for a service at 10.45am and then walk to Northala Fields for a time of reflective celebration and prayer or to meet at GBC at 11.15am to walk to St Hughes to meet up with the others after the service there to walk to Northala Fields. • Sunday 4th at 10.00am. Easter Sunday. The meeting will be led by Steve Williams and will include communion and the baptism of Carol Morant. Pastor David Wise will be speaking.
• Sunday 4th at 6.30pm. He Has Risen; an Easter Evangelistic Event at the church building. Details on the flyers and website gbc.org.uk

Four Hours of Prayer - Monday 29 March to Thursday 1 April 8.00—9.00pm

Please make these a priority as we meet to pray for God's Spirit to be poured out in our community during the Easter Outreach.

GBC Fun Day on Bank Holiday Monday 5th April 11.00am—4.00pm

An all-age day of fun, entertainment and friendship; activities include face painting, bouncy castle, hair braiding, a BBQ, refreshments, homemade cakes, live DJ and lots more. Free entry, although there will be a small charge for some of the activities. Full details are on our website www.gbc.org.uk/events and on the flyers.

GBC 80th Anniversary Celebrations

On Sunday 18th April we celebrate our 80th Church Anniversary. At 1.00pm we will be having a "bring and share" church lunch. Please contact Carole Cadman who is the coordinator to volunteer your contribution.

Needed Urgently a Room to Rent

A single female church member is looking for a room to rent for a period of 4—5 months starting ASAP as her current accommodation has become unsuitable. Please pray about whether this is something God might want you to help with.
