Meetings Week Commencing Sunday 25th April 2010
- Sunday 25th at 10.00am. The meeting will be led by Denise De Oliveira. Pastor David Wise will be speaking continuing the series in the book of Revelation.
- Sunday 25th at 6.30pm. Men Behaving Godly discipleship group meeting. This is a group for men to discuss and pray together, all men are welcome.
- Monday 26th at 6.30pm. The Children’s Ministry Co-ordination Group meets at the church building.
- Tuesday 27th from 7.00 to 7.45am. An opportunity to meet in the home of Dorothy and Ralph Williams for prayer.
- Wednesday 28th at 7.30pm. Apprentice group meets at the home of Andy and Lynda Wilson.
- Wednesday 28th at 8.00pm. Prayer meeting for the community led by the Evangelism team at the church building. Everyone is welcome.
- Thursday 29th from 8.00 to 8.45am. An opportunity to meet in the home of Dorothy and Ralph Williams for prayer.
- Friday 30th from 7.00 to 9.15pm. Undefined, our weekly youth discipleship group at the church building.
- Sunday 2nd May at 10.00am. The meeting will be led by Denzil Jarvis. Steve Williams will be speaking.
- Sunday 2nd. There will be no evening meeting this week.
Church Construction and Cleaning Saturdays
Your church needs you! Saturday 8th, 15th and 22nd May are the days that CPMT have booked to continue and hopefully complete the construction of the front fencing. This requires church members to get involved and help as the work is labour intensive. In addition 15th May is going to be a church cleaning day, so bring your cleaning tools and elbow grease and together let us make the building a clean and safe place to be.

WEC annual missions event in the lovely surroundings of Bulstrode, Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross SL9 8SZ. With activities for all ages, come learn, be challenged, relax and enjoy a great day out together.
Saturday 1 May: GO2010 festival especially for 18s-30s to celebrate, explore and pray, with the Soul Survivor band, Pete Greig co-founder of 24/7 prayer, Global Village missions display and much more.
Monday 3 May: GO2010 for all the family. Talks, seminars, guest speakers George Verwer and Jason Mandryk, kids programme, youth zone, global village of 20+ missions, child care facilities, refreshments, books stalls, walk, explore & picnic in the grounds etc. Come for all or any part of the day 10.00am – 5.00pm. Admission free!!
Special Members’ Meeting
There will be a special members’ meeting on Sunday May 16th at 1.15pm. There will be three items on the agenda; consideration of the appointment of Warren McNeil as full time Assistant Pastor at GBC, consideration of the appointment of Denise De Oliveira as part time Assistant Pastor at GBC for a fixed one year period, and consideration of an application to the UK Border’s Agency for GBC to become a Sponsoring Body. All members should make it a priority to attend this meeting.
