Noah's Ark Baby and Toddler Group meet weekly during term times. At the current time this group is full up and there is a long waiting list.

Who we are:

We are a Parent and Carer baby and toddler group for babies to young children, pre-nursery and school 0-3 or 4 years old, to learn to play together and for their parents or carers to meet together for mutual support.
New parents and those new to the area are especially welcome.
We are a popular group who normally have a waiting list to join. Please speak to the leader or one of the other volunteers to add your name to it.
Mums/Dads with babies under one year old or those in special need join automatically.
We are a group of volunteer helpers who provide:

• a safe welcoming atmosphere
• a listening ear for those who need it,
• toys to play with,
• age appropriate craft or construction activities,
• refreshments
• singing time just before the session ends.

All parents/carers are responsible for the children they bring.

Our team

We have a team of volunteers who run the group.

• Elaine- group leader
• Denise- assistant pastor of the church and excellent listener
• Steve-part time church worker and businessman
• Joan-a special lady who is a long standing member of the church
• Andy-A Grandad and another special helper
• Joan- who is part of Greenford Methodist church and kind helper to the group.
• Daphne and Kaushalya Our very special ladies in the kitchen

We also have visiting students from Greenford High School. They attend fortnightly and are supervised by their teacher. They are studying health and social care.

All our volunteers are committed Christians and are part of Greenford Baptist Church or affiliated churches. We will not preach at anyone, but are happy to listen and pray for people and situations as the need arises.
We provide Christmas and Easter cards and celebrate these and other occasions with age appropriate activities and food.
Our cards reflect the Christian ethos of those providing/running the group.
All volunteers are CRB checked via the church.

We run:

Term-time on Tuesdays
9.15-11.30 with song time at 11.05 or 11.10
We charge £1.50 per family-please sign yourself and your child/children in and put the money in the pot.

In return for all this we ask you to:

• Be responsible for the children you bring
• Support one another
• Have fun with your children and the others in the group
• Do not let any other child out of the building-please
• Return any cups you take from the kitchen hatch to the hatch.
• Keep all food on the wooden ( not carpeted area). Getting food/biscuits out of our carpet in really hard after a long morning as we are sure you appreciate!
• Help us tidy up at the end if you can
• Please tell us of any concerns, broken toys or other dangers
• Please do not bring older siblings or sick children
• Tell us if you need prayer for anything- the volunteers pray as a group at the end of the meeting
