For those who want something more energetic than the weekly Wednesday Walking Group, the weekly Monday Running Group departs from the Greenford Baptist Church building at 8.00pm towards Ravenor Park at a fast walk. The group splits into one or more running and walking groups which set out round the park at different speeds, to suit the members present.

After 30 minutes members can either go home to recover or go on for an optional three mile run round the park.
